It is an unprecedented time in history, with virtually the entire world gripped by the spreading fear of the COVID-19 pandemic. But it is certainly no time to start panicking and acting paranoid. Instead, it is best to adopt a few helpful routines, and be more aware of your surroundings. Here are a few top tips to help you stay safe, all of which are based in reality, and not in the realms of unhealthy paranoia. Hand Sanitizer You’ve probably heard more than enough about hand sanitizer at this point, and that is for good reason. Simply washing your hands with an alcohol-based sanitizer is the simplest way to ensure that you are not carrying around infectious germs, and spreading them to others. But that also doesn’t mean you have to wash your hands every hour. That would probably just be hell for skin. Instead make a habit of washing your hands once, thoroughly, after you’ve been out in public. Clean Regular Surfaces But it’s no good if your hands are clean, but the surfaces you commonly touch aren’t Sterilise your work desk, your kitchen, and other items you touch regularly, such as mobile device screens. After you’ve surfed for the top bingo sites around, have a handy cloth with you that you can use to wipe down the screen. Again, there no need to be paranoid. If you’re sanitising your hands, your mobile screen is probably also good. But better safe than sorry. Avoid Large Crowds The very meaning of ‘social distancing’ is avoiding large crowds. Yes, there are large crowds just about everywhere you go in public, but we mean more areas like social gatherings. Tightly packed crowds like at a sporting event are a virus’s playground, and it’s a playground you’d rather not be a part of. We don’t mean that you have to fly into a panic when you see 3 or more people standing together. But when there is a significant gathering, you might just want to be cautious about the situation. Elderly Are Most At Risk COVID-19 is most hazardous to those that are over 60. This means that if you are a senior citizen you should be extra alert. You might also spare special consideration for parents or grandparents. Try and help them avoid having to go out and public, and helping with sanitation duties if they do have to go out in public. No, you don’t have to lock them away until the pandemic has passed. They also enjoy social interaction, after all. Get Real Information ‘Fake news’ has become a buzzword lately, and for very good reason. Social media is overflowing with misinformation, half-truths, and outright lies. Absolutely don’t believe every bit of nonsense that is passed around, and do your best to warn other about attention seeking social media garbage.  Get real, up to date information from trusted sources, and be very skeptical of clickbait that is being passed around. The worst thing you can do is load you head with nonsense during a pandemic. Image 1040 Form 1040ez 1040ez online form 2014 tax act Adopting Adoption Ads Amazon Areas Image 1040 Form 1040ez
