Normally, the purpose of insurance is to protect against risks that may occur in the future.
People typically are not allowed to buy flood insurance after their house is under water.
But the Obama Administration appears to have a different idea.
Page 3 of the Department of Health and Human Services’ draft application for Obamacare coverage includes the following question:
“Does PERSON 1 want help paying for medical bills from the last 3 months?”
What could go wrong?
