30th annual Fine Art Market and 9th annual Aces Show and Sale

ARVADA – The popular Fine Art Market Show and Sale is back at the Arvada Center this December, now in its 30th year! The market features all original works in a wide range of media, size, and price by more than 100 artists throughout Colorado. The show opens December 1 with a free opening reception and runs until December 18. 

The Arvada Center’s Fine Art Market Show and Sale remains a delightful and unique place to do holiday shopping or just general art buying. With a wide variety of items in every media, handmade by local artists and artisans, that one-of-a-kind gift is sure to be found, as well as treasures for yourself. A free opening reception, with the opportunity to meet the artists, will take place on the Main and Upper Galleries Thursday, December 1 from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.  

Items included in the sale range from jewelry, ceramics, handwoven pieces, woodworking, metalsmithing, and handmade notebooks and cards to painting, prints, drawing, photography, and mixed media works. About the Arvada Center Galleries: 

Galleries at the Arvada Center host a dozen or more fine art exhibitions each year in three distinctive galleries with 10,000 square feet of space. The Arvada Center prides itself on keeping its gallery and museum exhibitions free and open to the public seven days a week, something that it has done since inception in 1976.

The Arvada Center Galleries are open Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Sunday 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The galleries remain open until 7:30 p.m. on evenings with theatre performances.
